New Students
Instructions
Families who do not live within the boundaries of Elizabeth School District must first complete and receive approval of the Open Enrollment Request of Non-Resident form below.

Elizabeth School District Online Registration System for New Students
Please upload to your online registration or bring the following required documents when registering your new student:
- Birth Certificate (State Certified)
- Proof of Immunizations (Colorado Law)
- Proof of Residence (any one of the following)
- Warranty Deed
- Deed of Trust
- Property Tax Notice
- Lease Agreement
Please complete the additional supplemental forms by selecting the link below. These documents will need to be returned to EMS to complete your registration.

Returning Students
Instructions
For parents of RETURNING students, if your child is an incoming 6th grader to Elizabeth Middle School from Running Creek Elementary or Singing Hills Elementary, they are considered a returning student to the district.
Returning students may register online beginning July 1.
Please log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to update your student's information for the following school year, and fill out supplemental forms. If you have multiple students enrolled in our district, you can view/update information for all students at once.
Please complete the additional supplemental forms by selecting the link below. These documents will need to be returned to EMS to complete your registration.
